Usage & billing shows the team's usage and limits for the current billing period. Billing is not enabled yet. There is no checkout, payment method or formal invoice, so this page shows usage and limits only.
Who can do this: Owner, Admin, Billing admin.
Open Usage & billing
Open Usage & billing from the account menu or from team settings. The page title is Usage & billing.
| Area | What it does |

| ① Current period | The billing period, the billable storage from imports, and whether usage is within the limits. |
| ② Storage | Storage used by files and Trash, against the storage limit, with any pending uploads. |
| ③ Usage and limits (current period) | Each meter with its usage, the included amount, its limit and its status. |
Download the usage detail
Choose Download CSV to save the usage detail as a CSV file.
Check usage by project
Under Usage, choose By project to list usage for each project.
Recording storage is the billable storage. Export storage and downloads are not billed.
Owners and Billing admins can change the storage limit.
Monthly budget
A monthly budget that stops usage when it is reached is planned. It is not available yet. Coming soon.
