A collection order lets you ask collectors to record and upload data for a project, then accept or reject what they deliver. EmbodiFlow does not control the robot or the recording itself: collectors still record on their own and upload.
Set up an order
- In the project sidebar open Collection orders and choose Create collection order. Give it an order number, a title, a template, and a deadline.
- Write the tasks and scenes, the quotas (hours or submissions per task and scene), the consent text, and the acceptance rules.
- Invite collectors by email or CSV. They join with the Collector (data supplier) role, assigned to this order.
Delivery and acceptance
- A collector uploads recordings and links the upload to the order as a delivery batch, then submits it.
- Acceptance checks include consent, privacy clearance, required cameras or modalities, recording length, and blocking quality checks. A reviewer can accept or reject each submission with a reason and can ask for a re-record.
- Rejected submissions open rework tasks. Progress shows accepted hours against the quota, the top rejection reasons, and a forecast when the last 7 days have accepted data.
- An accepted-hours report exports a CSV for a period, grouped by collector, task, or scene.
Collectors see their assigned orders and tasks under My work.
