My work

My work collects the tasks assigned to you across your projects. It has four queues, one tab each: annotation, review, approvals and repair. Choose a tab to see that queue.

Who can do this: any project member who has been assigned a task.

Before you start

• Annotation jobs are created in the project. See Annotation. Items appear in your queue only after they are assigned to you.

The four queues

Annotation

1Open an item in Annotation

The Annotation tab lists each item assigned to you, with its job, your role and its state. Click a row to open the item in the studio.

2Move between items

The studio opens at the item. Label it with the studio tools. Use Previous item and Next item at the top of the studio to move through the job without going back to the list.

3Choose Complete

When the item is done, click Complete. The studio opens the next item in the job. On the last item, the list refreshes instead.

4Approve or send back an item

A reviewer opens the same item in the studio. Click Approve to accept it. To send it back, enter a Comment and click Send back.

Review

5Approve a review task

Open the Review tab. Click Approve on a row to approve it. To reject a row, open More actions and choose Reject.

6Reject a review task with a reason

In the dialog, enter an optional Reject reason (optional), then click Confirm reject.

Repair

7Work a repair task

Open the Repair tab. On a row, open More actions and choose Start progress, Assign, Mark resolved or Waive with reason. Open dataset and Open project open the related pages.

Approvals

The Approvals tab is not open yet. It shows "Approval queues and actions are not open yet." Approval decisions cannot be made from this tab.

My annotation list is empty

The list shows only items assigned to you. Ask a project Owner or Editor to assign you to an annotation job. See Annotation.

My review list is empty

The list shows "No review tasks yet." Nothing here is waiting for your review.
