Console tour

Find your way around the console: the sidebar, the project tree, the account menu, Home, My work and Usage & billing.

Everything in the console hangs off the sidebar on the left. Learn its four parts once and you'll always know where to go: the top bar, the main list, your projects, and the account menu at the bottom.

The top of the sidebar

Next to the EmbodiFlow logo sit two icons. The clock opens Activity: the uploads, processing, exports and training you started, with their progress. The bell opens Notifications. Below them, Search finds projects, recordings, versions and commands in this team. Press ⌘K to open it from anywhere.

The main list

The main list holds what belongs to the whole team. Home is the team dashboard. Workflows and Algorithms are where you build and reuse processing steps. Training, Models and Deployments follow your data from a dataset version to a model and a self-hosted deployment. My work collects the tasks assigned to you.

Projects and the project tree

Under Projects you see your recent projects. Choose the heading to open the full list, or + to create a project. The icon in front of each name tells you its kind, robot or human.

Open a project and it expands into its tree, in the order your data moves: Overview, Collection orders, Recordings, Workflow, Episodes, Annotation, Quality, Versions, Models and Deployments. The project's Settings stays pinned at the bottom of the sidebar while you are in it. The tree only shows the sections your role can use, so a Labeler or a Collector sees fewer of them.

Collection orders are still early. If your team doesn't use them, you can ignore that entry.

The account menu

At the very bottom is your current team's name. Choose it to open the account menu: switch to another team under Teams, or Create team. The same menu opens Team settings, Usage & billing, Trash, your own Account, these docs, Contact support and Sign out. The small button next to the team name switches between light, dark and system theme.

Switching teams changes every page of the console to that team. Check the name at the bottom of the sidebar before you change anything.

Home

Home gives you the team at a glance: totals for recordings, episodes, data duration and dataset versions, then charts for new data, data by kind, workflow runs and episode quality. Switch the time range at the top, and use Upload to send files to any project. Further down are your projects and the team's recent activity. A new team also sees a Get started checklist here.

My work

My work gathers what other people assigned to you across all projects, in tabs for Annotation, Review, Approvals and Repair. If you are a Collector, it lists the collection tasks assigned to you instead, and that is where you upload your recordings.

Usage & billing

Open Usage & billing from the account menu to see the team's usage and limits for the current period: storage against the storage limit, and every meter with its usage and status. Download CSV saves the detail, and By project splits it per project. Recording storage is what counts; export storage and downloads are not billed.

Payments aren't switched on yet, so there is no checkout or invoice: the page shows usage and limits only. Team Owners, Admins and Billing admins can open it.
